We are Zoe and Ben, and we created The Natural Pond Store back in 2021 because we LOVE ponds.

Ben has been designing and building ponds for over 10 years, and is one of Australia’s leading natural pond builders. He knows a thing or two about how to look after a pond and keep it beautiful for years to come. 

Zoe loves creating habitat, memories and spaces to enjoy. Listening to frogs croaking, creating spaces for the birds to visit and a hint of garden art here and there is just delightful.

Making natural pond ownership easy is important to us. 

From understanding how the nitrogen cycle works, to re-potting your water lilies to using water treatments we want to fill our online store with quality products and information that’s easy to understand. That’s why we developed our Learning Hub. Do a quick Google search, and you’ll soon work out there is loads of information out there, so we have tapped into Ben’s vast knowledge to tailor our content to suit the Aussie context. There are heaps of pond products out there, some work and some just don’t. We take a no BS approach so if we wouldn't recommend a product, we won’t sell it. Simple as that.
