We are always keeping tabs on new FAQ’s as they pop up, so we will add them here.

General

It’s important to us that there is a product and solution for every budget, so we choose quality products from a range of brands to ensure everyone can find what they need. The brands we choose to stock are leaders in the pond and garden industry, and when it comes to the quality - well, if we wouldn’t use it in our own pond or garden, we won’t stock it. It’s as simple as that.

Packaging and Shipping

For most of our products, mainland Australia and Tasmania have a Flat Rate of $10. For all other islands off Australia – cost is determined based on location – get in touch and we’ll work it out for you.

Some larger and bulky items (such as liner, diy pond kits and patio ponds) will incur a higher shipping fee due to freight charges. Those products with higher shipping fees will be noted in the product description, however just add your product to the shopping cart to determine your total shipping cost for your whole purchase.
